Last year Htc launched the Sensation Xe and the Sensation Xl. You will observation that these two handsets are the upgraded version of Htc's old flagship the Sensation. The Htc Sensation Xl is a bit pricier than the Sensation Xe.
The two may be branded with the illustrious Beats logo, but they differ greatly in size. The Xe is smaller than the Xl. The Sensation Xl comes in with a whopping 4.7" screen, while the Sensation Xl comes in with only 4.3" screen. Well, this is still relatively big as opposed to other smartphones out there today. The larger Sensation uses an S-Lcd with 480 x 800 screen resolution. This is where the Xe's smaller screen beats the bigger screen of the Xl. It comes in with a whopping 540 x 960 screen resolution. The two screen resolutions may be different, but in the end you will get perfect viewing angles and vibrant colors.
You will also get a sleek look and feel on these handsets. If you look at the front of the phone, you will observation a bright white panel while the back boasts a light grey (almost silvery panel) bearing the Htc logo. The phone's rear panel boasts a two isolate pieces look. Do not let this fool you as we all know that there's only one piece of panel on these handsets. It may have a plastic back, but it feels like an all metal back. If you open it, you will observation the phone's battery sitting beside the phone's Sim card slot. The phones weight differs as well, the bigger screened Xl weighs at 162 grams while the smaller Xe weighs in at 151 grams only.
Both of the handsets run on the illustrious Android Gingerbread with planned upgrade to Android's latest iteration the Ice Cream Sandwich. They also highlight practice Sense Ui 3.5. When it comes to processors, they both have a 1.5Ghz processor. But the thing is, the Xe sports a dual-core processor.
